Description
Screenprint in limited edition, numbered and hand signed “DS” by the artist lower right. Certificate of Authenticity signed by David Studwell. The artwork portrays the musical star David Bowie. A specimen was exhibited at “The Dark Side of Fame” at the North & South Gallery in London from 6 to 12 November 2017. The mug shot is taken from the real police’s archive, taken after the anti-drug blitz in an hotel, New York, 1976. Bowie was with Iggy Pop and Jagger, who was smoking cannabis with Keith Richards.
