Marilyn “This Is Not By Me”, 1985
Description
Screenprint signed “This is not by me / Andy Warhol”. Edition called “European Artist’s Proof Edition” on the Catalogue Raisonné Feldman-Shellmann 1962-1987. The image is taken from Gene Kornman’s advertising photography for the movie “Niagara” of 1953. The same picture of Marilyn used in the 1967 original edition.
